Timeshare properties present unique challenges atypical in the hospitality industry.  With locations tending to be in extremely popular vacation spots and very high year-round demand (usually running at least 95% occupancy), these properties have seasonality issues generally not present with a customary business or leisure hotel renovation project.  Since CAPEX renovation budgets for such properties are tightly controlled by board members and often apply to multiple buildings in a resort, restoration work tends to span over four to six years.  dpM Partners works with the General Manager and board members to plan and recommend multi-phased scopes of work, adjust budgets accordingly and guide projects to completion with minimum interruption and expense to the owners while preserving that in intangible valued guest experience.
