An urban, full-service property
dpM Partners provided project management services for the 2010-2011 façade restoration project at the San Antonio Rivercenter Marriott, a 38-story full service hotel and conference center with 918 rooms (including 82 luxury suites). It is located in the heart of the River Walk area, an upscale shopping, dining and entertainment destination of San Antonio close to many city attractions. The scope of work included:
- replacement of all façade sealants
- pressure washing and application of penetrating sealants on façade GFRC panels
- damage repairs to GFRC panels
- painting of roof top spires
- removal of the wooden trellis structure
- concrete repairs throughout the property
dpM Partners assisted hotel ownership in preserving the exterior’s waterproofing integrity and enhancing consumer appeal of this hotel in the very competitive San Antonio market.
